The Macklin Companies provides property management with computerized control systems for accounting, property management, document flow and achieves, water consumption, and energy management. We work with our tenants, both multi-tenant building and single building tenants to provide information for cost savings. The computerized controls allow us to access information and data for historical comparisons. We are retrofitting many of older buildings with computer equipment that both the tenant and our office can access, remotely, and link databases from third party vendors to increase cost savings at the same time decrease the environmental impact our buildings have on the surrounding areas.
