In addition to developing properties for our own portfolio, we have assisted other owners with the development of their property. We have, on a select basis, developed properties on a "fee bases," for other owners. The services consist of project management, construction oversight (scheduling, budgets and cost accounting), and design/cost analysis. Since we own most of the buildings we manage, our approach is aimed at the long run verse the "low bidder (short term)," approach, when evaluating operating components of the building.
